About Us

Ar Yong Ii Yan came from Malacca Town and graduated with both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM). He worked as a project architect for various architectural firms in Klang Valley, involving factories, residential, and commercial projects for more than five years.

Upon passing his LAM Part III, Ar. Yong Ii Yan returned to his hometown of Malacca and established his practice. He is currently the Principal Architect for IIYAN ARCHITECT.

Being the new generation Architect, Ar. Yong Ii Yan takes his experience of the past as the tool for new approaches in this ever-changing built environment and construction industry.
